Artist's Statement

"I love nature, wildlife, birds, and rocks.  Whether I am fascinated by a rock, a flower, or a bird, I can romance and honor it with a painting.  The beauty of nature captures my interest and imagination and I get lost in the reverie of creativity.  I love rocks and polishing stones and making jewelry where it can be enjoyed and displayed.  Mother Nature has given us so much beauty and we must protect it. I am a life-long member of Audubon, Nature Conservancy, and Sierra Club."
